We conduct audits of various government agencies across the country to find money owed to individuals and businesses. If these funds remain unclaimed for too long, they often become property of the agency holding them.

Paperwork and Payment
After you speak with one of our agents and agree to let us handle your claim, we’ll arrange a time for you to sign the necessary paperwork to get started.
Our firm operates on a contingent basis, meaning there are no out-of-pocket costs for you. We only get paid when we successfully collect your claim. We cover all related expenses until the claim is settled, and if the claim is unsuccessful, you owe us nothing.
Once you receive our paperwork package, a local notary will come to notarize and collect it and send it back to us. Claims typically take 3-4 months to process, depending on their complexity. Your share—usually 70-80% of the funds collected—will be sent to you within 30 days of receipt.
Important Note
Be aware that these funds are only held for a limited time. If not claimed, the agency may seize them through a process called "escheatment."
